The successful candidate will be tasked with pinpointing and rectifying performance deficiencies, managing all operational aspects, and adopting innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define, execute, and disseminate the site's operational strategy.
  • Direct the annual financial planning process and maintain accountability for profit and loss.
  • Assess operational performance to identify shortcomings, devise strategic action plans, and implement effective solutions.
  • Supervise all operational functions to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators and project milestones.
  • Propose and integrate new methodologies, technologies, and systems to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that operational decisions and initiatives are in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Uphold the consistent application of global operational standards and practices.
  • Lead the enforcement of operational policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Compile and present performance metrics and reports to executive management.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within the automotive sector, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity overseeing site operations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience.
  • Thorough understanding of industry standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Effective prioritization skills and the capability to delegate tasks efficiently.

Compensation:

The compensation package can reach up to $185,000, depending on experience, along with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
