Job Summary

As a key member of our culinary team, the Culinary Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality, consistency, and production of our specialty restaurant kitchen. This individual will lead the staff and manage all food-related functions, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the culinary industry preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing culinary operations.
