About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team in Braintree, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Endoscopy environment. As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will work on a flexible schedule, providing care to patients with varying acuity levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for assigned patients in multiple specialties.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive plan of care based on patient data, information from other healthcare team members, and previous medical records.
  • Administer medication and vaccinations safely, per established policies and procedures.
  • Perform nursing procedures safely and efficiently, using procedural equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines outside of the home practice to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality management and quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a RN, with Endoscopy experience strongly preferred.
  • Electronic Medical Record experience is also highly desirable.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
