We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Endoscopy department. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for assigned patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Document patient care in a clear, concise, and accurate manner, adhering to departmental standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to unit-based and organizational committees, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a RN, with Endoscopy experience strongly preferred.
  • Electronic Medical Record experience and certification in a specialty area are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
