**Job Description:** Manufacturing Hardware Specialist

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $63,000 per annum

Location: San Diego, CA

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing hardware specialist to join our team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling hardware components using various tools and equipment, including crimping tools, torque drivers, and soldering irons.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assemble hardware components using crimping tools, torque drivers, and soldering irons
  2. Work under a microscope to ensure high-quality assembly
  3. Lift minimum of 35 lbs and work on ladders, cranes, and scaffolding
  4. Use basic hand soldering techniques to assemble SMT, through-hole, and wiring components

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly
  • Ability to read assembly drawings, BOMs, and process control instructions
  • Fully proficient individual contributor with moderate assignments requiring some judgment
  • J-STD-001 Class 3 certification preferred
