About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the dental team, ensuring positive patient experiences.
  • Collaborate with other dentists in the management of complex dental problems exhibited by patients.

  • Treat dental disease, restoring defective or decayed teeth with an emphasis on more complex cases.
  • Restore teeth with crowns, bridges, or dentures, and other dental appliances.
  • Perform dental procedures in the oral cavity.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures of hard and soft tissue in and about the oral cavity.
  • Educate patients in oral and dental hygiene.
  • Manage cases presenting with out-of-the-ordinary dental health problems, including patients with behavioral problems.
  • Provide technical supervision of clinic laboratory personnel.
Requirements
  • Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university.
  • Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Uphold a positive and charismatic chairside manner.
  • Maintain a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care.
  • Strongly value continuing education and personal development.
