Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Prosthodontist to provide exceptional oral health care to our patients. As a Prosthodontist at Dental Associates, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of dentists and support staff to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the dental team to ensure positive patient experiences.
• Collaborate with other dentists to manage complex dental problems and provide mentorship to generalists.
• Communicate with team members to promote an understanding of patients' needs.
• Examine patients' oral cavities and diagnose soft tissues, hard tissues, and associated structures.
• Apply dental treatment modalities to prevent dental diseases and treat dental disease.
• Restore defective or decayed teeth, with an emphasis on complex cases.
• Create dental restorations, crowns, bridges, or dentures, and other dental appliances.
• Perform minor surgical procedures of hard and soft tissue in the oral cavity.
• Educate patients on oral and dental hygiene.
• Manage cases with out-of-the-ordinary dental health problems, including patients with behavioral issues.
• Provide technical supervision of clinic laboratory personnel.

Requirements

• Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university.
• Licensed in the state of Wisconsin or eligible to be licensed.
• Uphold a positive and charismatic chairside manner.
• Maintain a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care.
• Strongly value continuing education and personal development.
