Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Prosthodontist to provide exceptional oral health care to our patients. As a Prosthodontist at Dental Associates, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of dentists and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the dental team to ensure positive patient experiences.
- Collaborate with other dentists to manage complex dental problems and provide mentorship to generalists.
- Communicate with team members to promote an understanding of patients' needs.
- Examine patients' oral cavities and diagnose soft tissues, hard tissues, and associated structures.
- Apply dental treatment modalities to prevent dental diseases and treat dental disease.
- Restore defective or decayed teeth, with an emphasis on complex cases.
- Create dental restorations, crowns, bridges, or dentures, and other dental appliances.
- Perform minor surgical procedures of hard and soft tissue in the oral cavity.
- Educate patients on oral and dental hygiene.
- Manage cases with out-of-the-ordinary dental health problems, including patients with behavioral issues.
- Provide technical supervision of clinic laboratory personnel.
Requirements
- Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university.
- Licensed in the state of Wisconsin or eligible to be licensed.
- Uphold a positive and charismatic chairside manner.
- Maintain a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care.
