Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Game Ambassador to join our team. As a Game Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our guests, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Assist guests with game play and provide guidance on how to play
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask calmly and effectively
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask calmly and effectively
  • Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the venue
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move safely through all areas of the venue
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
