League Convenor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a League Convenor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our sports leagues and programs.

• Act as the face of Atlanta Sport & Social Club, providing exceptional customer service to players and stakeholders.
• Ensure the retention of current players through exceptional customer service and relationship-building.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of leagues and programs, including identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the head office team to develop and implement operational tasks and initiatives.
• Provide support and training to league ambassadors and part-time staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
• Contribute to the development of our online community through social media interactions and content creation.
• Attend league games and events to ensure everything runs smoothly and make adjustments as needed.

• High energy and a positive attitude, with a flair for creativity and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with players, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid full C driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

• A competitive hourly rate of $18 USD.
