Job Description

At DealerOn, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the AR and billing team and activities, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes for customer accounts.

This is a mid-level position, with a hybrid two days in office schedule, located in our Headquarters office in Rockville, MD. Local candidates only.

Essential Functions:
  • Manage billing processes, overseeing the billing process for customer accounts, including ensuring invoices are sent out accurately and on time.
  • Work with other departments, interfacing with accounts receivable, credit and collections, and client purchasing departments.
  • Audit billing records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Hire, train, and supervise billing staff.
  • Monitor changes, respond to, and communicate changes in billing requirements, regulations, and reimbursement rates.
  • Maintain provider enrollments with payers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including customers and colleagues.
  • Assist with posting journal entries and month-end close reconciliations as needed.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years' experience in financial operations, with a focus on billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Experience with NetSuite and SuiteBilling.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

We offer a competitive salary range of $56,500 - $106,800, with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
