Job Title: Public Service Administrator

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to serve as a Title IV-E and Medicaid Supervisor with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the operations of our Title IV-E and Medicaid programs on a statewide basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for determining eligibility for Title IV-E, Medicaid, TANF-Emergency Assistance, Long Term Care, and COBRA.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to subordinate supervisors to ensure the quality and accuracy of eligibility determinations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services.
