Job Title: Data & Compliance Coordinator

At SPFC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data & Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across our organization and providing administrative support for grant compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly data entry and reporting for SPFC programs, including food programs, health center, dental center, and other program-specific initiatives.
  • Perform frequent data integrity audits across multiple data management platforms and reporting documents to ensure accuracy and quality of data inputs and client or patient files.
  • Complete internal logs and monthly reporting documents, support grant reporting, and data-related grant management components.
  • Respond to various SPFC program and grant-related data reporting requests.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to staff, volunteers, and community program partners to ensure proper data capture and entry.
  • Support community research, mapping, and need assessment to ensure program delivery is data-driven and meets specific targeted community needs.
  • Familiarity with local data relevant to programmatic outcomes, such as ALICE reports and Community Health Needs Assessments.
  • Assist with the implementation of organization-wide outcomes, program-specific outcomes, measurables, and evaluation plans.
  • Support the Director of Grants Management with researching potential grant funding sources and recommending grant opportunities aligned with the organization's goals and programs.
  • Provide administrative support for grant compliance, including creating grant information sheets, entering grant data into the donor database, scheduling internal grant-related meetings, producing grant attachments, and processing grant acknowledgment letters.
  • Assist with grant writing and narrative grant reports.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in an administrative support role preferred.
Physical Requirement:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
