Job Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service support for equipment at client locations:

  • Oversee the equipment's operational status through daily assessments, troubleshooting as necessary, and conducting regular calibrations and preventive maintenance.
  • Diagnose and rectify system failures efficiently.
  • Provide fundamental application support, including recipe configuration, optimization, defect identification and classification, and analysis of defect resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the support/research teams.
  • Manage on-site operations and logistics effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
  • Preferred experience with semiconductor equipment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities

  • Self-driven and a collaborative team member.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Willingness to travel to various client sites may be necessary.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
  • Must possess a Green Card or be a U.S. Citizen.
