Job Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service support for equipment at client locations:
- Oversee the equipment's operational status through daily assessments, troubleshooting as necessary, and conducting regular calibrations and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and rectify system failures efficiently.
- Provide fundamental application support, including recipe configuration, optimization, defect identification and classification, and analysis of defect resolution.
- Conduct training sessions for clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the support/research teams.
- Manage on-site operations and logistics effectively.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
- Preferred experience with semiconductor equipment.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
- Self-driven and a collaborative team member.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Willingness to travel to various client sites may be necessary.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
- Must possess a Green Card or be a U.S. Citizen.
