About the Role

Friedemann Goldberg Wargo Hess LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our estate planning, business, and litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice law in California with a strong track record of discipline-free practice
  • Bring 3-7 years of experience in Trusts and Estates Litigation or Civil Litigation in California
  • Develop expertise in one or more of the following areas: Trust and estate litigation, related business and real property issues, estate planning
  • Take on increasing responsibility, possess excellent writing and communication skills, as well as technical expertise
  • Demonstrate superior analytical, communication, drafting, writing, research skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, collaboration, and thoughtfulness
