Key Responsibilities- Manage direct and indirect reports, adhering to budgets and tracking deliverables for assigned grants/programs.
- Conduct data analysis and report writing to inform program decisions and ensure compliance with grant and regulatory requirements.
- Build relationships with community partners and identify new partners and sites for providing services.
- Develop and implement plans for maximizing services and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to funders and other agencies.
- Oversee daily and strategic operations of assigned programs and grants, ensuring completion of grant/program goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or closely related field required.
- 3 years of experience in working with organizations serving the patient population for assigned programs required.
- 5 years of experience in program management in the healthcare field required.
- Valid certification from a California State Substance Use Disorders (SUD) Services certifying agency required for the AOD Services Department (159) only.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to be culturally sensitive and respect diversity.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $73,333 per year, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and/or experience.
