Job Overview

Soliant Therapy Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join their team in East Side, Missouri.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearJob Description

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

  • This is a full-time position with a caseload to be discussed during the interview.
  • You will work on-site during the 2023-2024 school year.

Requirements

To be successful as a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you must have:

  • A valid Missouri state SLP License
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attending meetings and providing reports on student progress
