Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Disorders Specialist to join our team in Midwest City, OK.

Job Summary:

This is a contract opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to work under licensed SLP supervision, assisting in therapy services for clients with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapy sessions based on SLP-developed plans and goals.
  • Collaborate with SLPs and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate session notes and reports.
Requirements
  • Current SLPA certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in clinical or educational settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and patient-centered skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment promoting teamwork and excellence.
