Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join a school district in Michigan. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience and a valid Michigan State SLP License.

Compensation Package

  • Competitive salary: $**85,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience
  • Guaranteed work hours with weekly pay
  • Benefits package for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, conduct evaluations and assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. They will also collaborate with other professionals, maintain accurate records, and attend meetings to provide reports on student progress.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Prior school-based experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
