Project Assistant for Traffic Facilities

At Omega Dynamics, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a project assistant for traffic facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for independently recording and mapping technical needs of projects in commercial systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and map technical needs of projects in commercial systems, including purchasing processes, RV requests, construction billing, and commercial tasks in SAP.
  • Contribute to the contract-compliant and quality-oriented implementation of commercial project assistance, including cost estimation and control based on target-actual comparison.
  • Monitor and control business processes and workflows, as well as support organizational units and project management.
  • Prepare decision proposals for project management and carry out challenging organizational tasks.

Your Profile:

  • You have completed vocational training in a technical and/or commercial field, preferably with experience as a project assistant.
  • You bring current and practical knowledge of project and cost management methods and processes.
  • Knowledge of internal railway project control systems (SAP, iTWO, etc.) is advantageous.
  • You are characterized by independent, careful, and results-oriented work.
  • A high level of responsibility and willingness to perform round off your profile.
