Ola Juice Bar is in search of a Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong capability to manage comprehensive operations effectively. Role Responsibilities

The Multi-Unit General Manager will be responsible for:

  • People: Ensuring team members feel supported, recognized, and valued.
  • Product: Delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences consistently.
  • Environment: Maintaining a welcoming café atmosphere that is always ready for health inspections.
  • Service: Promoting Ola values and fostering a positive work culture through effective training and service standards.
  • Sales: Adjusting marketing strategies based on seasonal trends and monitoring financial performance.
  • Cost Management: Overseeing budgetary goals and managing expenses effectively.

In this role, your primary focus will be on creating a highly productive environment by motivating the team, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, and achieving growth objectives for the brand. You will be expected to build and maintain a cohesive team that aligns with our values and vision.

Managerial Expectations

As a General Manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Utilizing operational tools such as Toast, GDrive, 7shifts, Slack, and Asana.
  • Managing cash flow activities for the locations.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations at all times.
  • Reviewing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and presenting plans to upper management.
