Job Overview:

Woodcliff Builders Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with the CEO, designers, carpenters, and subcontractors to plan and schedule projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting clients' expectations.
  • Progress Reporting: Regularly report to the CEO on project progress, timelines, and any issues that may arise.
  • Cost Control: Manage construction projects, controlling time, scope, cost, safety, and quality, while reviewing project estimates and developing cost control procedures.
  • Negotiations and Contracting: Negotiate with subcontractors, hire workers, and gather necessary permits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Tactical Execution: Understand and execute tactical work, contributing to strategic planning and company growth.
Standards and Expectations:
  • Master Project Calendars: Create Master Project Calendars in Buildertrend to track project progress and deadlines.
  • Daily Meetings: Meet with workers daily to discuss scope, progress, and deadlines, ensuring clear communication and productivity.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Monitor productivity and costs, making adjustments to minimize problems and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
  • Organization and Communication: Promote organization among homeowners, employees, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering clear communication between stakeholders.
  • Company Policies: Perform work according to company policies and standards, orchestrating and quantifying work when necessary, responding to telephone calls within two hours (internal) and one business day (external), maintaining confidentiality of proprietary company information, and notifying immediate manager of unresolved issues or unmet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, offering a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
