Job Summary:

Dialysis Technician - Temp to Perm Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team on a temp to perm basis. As a Dialysis Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our dialysis program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dialysis treatments to patients in a safe and efficient manner
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse or physician
  • Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Document patient information and treatment outcomes in the medical record

Requirements:

  • 1 year or more of current dialysis experience
  • Must be willing to float and travel to local area sites as needed
  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to be insured
  • Copy of Current, Valid Driver License
  • Geriatric patient experience - Required
  • NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - REQUIRED
  • CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED (If not in hand, must obtain within 1 year of start date)
  • Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
