Lead Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and assist new Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Perform shift supervision, ensuring the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of merchandise.
