Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill a Clinical Resource Nurse position in our Vascular Surgery department.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Resource Nurse will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering patient-centered care. This includes:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients
  • Collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members to expedite and coordinate the delivery of services
  • Developing and implementing teaching plans to educate patients and families about disease processes, testing, medications, and other relevant information
  • Assuring timely initiation, completion, communication, and documentation of nursing care

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in an acute care hospital
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • BLS certification
