Unique Opportunity for a Construction Litigation Attorney
Our client, a dynamic and entrepreneurial law firm in California, is seeking a skilled Construction Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is a rare opportunity for a motivated and ambitious attorney to grow with a successful firm and contribute to its continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including construction defect cases, business litigation, employment law, and commercial litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex data, and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
- Work collaboratively with the firm's team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in construction litigation, construction defect, business litigation, employment law, and commercial litigation.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- ABA-Accredited law school degree and licensed to practice in California.
