**About the Role**
Adventist Health is seeking a highly skilled Orthopedics Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and procedural interventions.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Experience in orthopedic care, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
