Position Overview:
Stability Direct is currently in search of a Clinical Laboratory Specialist (CLS) to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality laboratory services and ensuring accurate test results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a diverse range of clinical laboratory tests on various biological samples.
- Analyze, assess, document, and communicate test outcomes.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to laboratory safety and maintenance protocols.
- Provide training and supervision to laboratory assistants and trainees as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biological sciences, chemical sciences, or allied health technologies, or equivalent experience.
- Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in the state of employment.
- Current certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or National Credentialing Agency for Labs (NCA).
Employment Details:
