Key Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate, and prioritize activities of production personnel to meet customer, plant, and management requirements.
- Interpret specifications and job orders to workers and assign duties.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower to minimize overtime requirements.
- Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
- Maintain production, quality, and timekeeping reports and records accurately.
- Examine products for adherence to specification and processes for adherence to standards.
- Manage associates in the Production department.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
This position is located at our Detroit, MI Euclid plant. Our plant has close proximity to downtown Detroit events and sporting activities.
