Lead Clinic Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a Lead Clinic Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in a hematology/oncology setting, adhering to the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Act as a resource for staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Participate in workload distribution, on-the-job training, and work review, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical environment.
- 2 years recent RN experience in a patient care setting.
- Recent prior experience in an out-patient setting.
