Public Transit Operator

The Public Transit Operator role at the Community Action Program of Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. offers an exciting opportunity to provide safe and reliable transportation services to our community members. This position comes with an estimated salary range of $19.29 - $21.03 per hour.
As a Public Transit Operator, you will be responsible for operating buses in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers. You will follow established routes and schedules while maintaining high standards of customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid NH CDL-B with passenger and air brake endorsements, as well as a valid NHDOT medical card. Additionally, they will have completed driver training courses within the required timeframe and obtained a Certificate of Completion. A high school diploma or equivalency credential is also required.
