5:00am-1:00pm

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the hotel's breakfast area. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in delivering a high-quality experience.

In addition, the successful candidate will be well-versed in hotel-brand standards, guest expectations, and the unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

Responsibilities
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
  • Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Accommodate any special requests made by a guest or offer appropriate alternatives.
  • Support all areas of the beverage and food service as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and satisfactorily pass a responsible serving course, such as TIPS, as required by property.
  • Must be able to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state.
