Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury residential properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily construction activities, including generating and updating project schedules, coordinating trade partners, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure that selections and specifications are being strictly followed, and that the work is within desired quality standards and within budget.
  • Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure project is ready for inspections.
  • Run multiple residential projects at one time.
  • Manage weekly customer logs with the BuilderTrend software.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report incidents, injuries, and unsafe work practices to management; complete safety training and certifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management and/or minimum of 5 years related experience working on high-end residential projects.
  • Project experience as the main superintendent.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction industry practices, procedures, as well as local, state, and federal building codes, and reads blueprints accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as other computer and web-based applications.
