- Elaborar segmentos asignados del cierre contable mensual de primas, que incluye el procesamiento de todas las transacciones en el sub-libro de Compass Financials, la preparación de análisis de deudas incobrables trimestrales, la conciliación de archivos de interfaz de SAP de primas/UPR con informes de fin de mes, asientos contables, conciliaciones de cuentas, análisis financieros, pruebas de corrección de errores en Compass Financials y coordinación con los equipos de Administración de Pólizas/Contabilidad de Clientes.
- Preparar segmentos asignados del cierre contable mensual de reclamaciones, que incluye el procesamiento de todas las transacciones en el sub-libro de Cadre+, la preparación de análisis de deudas incobrables trimestrales, la conciliación de archivos de interfaz de SAP de reclamaciones/reservas de pérdidas con informes de fin de mes, asientos contables, conciliaciones de cuentas, análisis financieros y pruebas de corrección de errores en Cadre+.
- Coordinar con la empresa de cobranza para mantener feeds de datos IMX precisos y realizar la conciliación diaria de ACH.
- Elaborar segmentos asignados del cierre mensual de la línea de negocio de Fianzas, que incluye el procesamiento de todas las transacciones en el sub-libro de Avalis, la conciliación de archivos de interfaz de SAP de primas/UPR con informes de fin de mes, asientos contables, conciliaciones de cuentas, análisis financieros y pruebas de corrección de errores en Avalis.
- Preparar segmentos asignados del cierre mensual de la línea de negocio de Agencia Mundial, que incluye el procesamiento de todas las transacciones en el sub-libro de Pluriform, la preparación de análisis de deudas incobrables trimestrales, la conciliación de interfaces diarias de SAP con informes de fin de mes, asientos contables, conciliaciones de cuentas, análisis financieros y coordinación con el equipo de Contabilidad Central de WA y el equipo local de WA MMCD.
- Responsable de diversas investigaciones de conciliación bancaria, coordinando con el equipo de GL, Reportes e Inversiones, Administración de Pólizas y el equipo para la resolución oportuna de ítems en conciliación.
- Preparar la documentación solicitada por auditores y reguladores.
- Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o un campo relacionado. Se prefiere un título avanzado o CPA.
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en el campo contable.
- Conocimientos contables y técnicos, base para comprender la contabilidad y sistemas técnicos avanzados. Se prefiere experiencia en entorno SAP.
- Conocimiento de las normas contables IFRS y US GAAP.
- Buen manejo de MS Excel y MS Office.
