Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Teller, you will be integral in providing outstanding customer service while executing a variety of banking transactions. Your daily tasks will include:
- Transaction Processing: Manage deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and night deposits for both retail and commercial clientele.
- Cash Handling: Maintain a balanced cash drawer and oversee currency exchanges with the vault.
- Customer Assistance: Process checks, facilitate transfers, and issue Cashier's Checks and Money Orders with professionalism.
- Security Protocols: Identify and report any suspicious activities to ensure customer safety.
- ATM Operations: Replenish and balance the ATM as required.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations and complete necessary compliance training.
What We Seek:
- Experience: A minimum of one year in cash handling is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn new software quickly.
- Customer Service Orientation: A strong desire to assist customers and resolve their inquiries effectively.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Setting:
- Enjoy a collaborative office atmosphere.
- Be prepared for physical activities such as standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Full-Time hours, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
- While primarily based at one location, flexibility to work at other branches may be necessary.
