Position Title: Leasing Specialist
Position Summary
The Leasing Specialist at FPI Management serves as the primary representative for the community's leasing efforts. Key responsibilities encompass engaging with prospective and current residents, providing detailed information about available units, processing rental applications, finalizing lease agreements, and facilitating lease renewals. This role requires adherence to Fair Housing regulations and company policies to ensure client satisfaction.
Compensation: $18 - $21 / Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Implement the owner's strategies to achieve client goals.
- Communication: Foster positive interactions with residents, vendors, and clients.
- Leasing and Occupancy: Sustain occupancy rates, support marketing initiatives, and enhance resident relations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Manage resident files and maintain reporting systems.
- Compliance: Uphold Risk Management protocols.
- Maintenance Support: Assist residents with their maintenance requests.
- Additional Duties: Enforce community guidelines, adhere to Fair Housing regulations, and fulfill training obligations.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with affordable housing programs is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable position is required.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is necessary.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong computer skills are essential.
