The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring the property meets the client's operational and financial goals, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations: Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI Management, Inc. is meeting the client's objectives and expectations.
  • Communication: Maintain positive, professional, and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests while representing FPI Management, Inc.
  • Employee Management: Develop and manage the site team members, including participating in the hiring, training, and evaluation of employees.
  • Leasing/Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels as established by the owner/budget expectations, oversee and exhibit professional leasing techniques, and ensure completion of the monthly Market Surveys and analysis.
  • Revenue Management: Manage the maximum revenue potential of the property through the management of lease expirations and timely turnover, manage monthly rent collections and delinquency, and participate in the development of and managing to the approved operating budget.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Maintain appropriate resident files, including forms, leases, and documents in accordance with FPI Management, Inc.'s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance of Risk Management items through the following of FPI Management, Inc.'s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with reporting of maintenance needs, document facility and maintenance needs, and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. College degree in a relatable field preferred, but not required.
  • May require a valid driver's license, as well as a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance that meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI Management, Inc.'s Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet).
