Account Executive

RS&A LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our organizational name brand recognition, leading market research and competitive analysis activities, driving sales in support of growth objectives, creating strategic partnerships throughout the industries served, and identifying, establishing, and driving new marketing opportunities/revenue lines.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for service contracts for our portfolio of available services or equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and service offerings to meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for initiating client engagement, addressing any concerns or questions related to service contracts.
- Coordinate with Customer Success Executive to schedule regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate with the technical service team to ensure seamless delivery and support of services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in oncology equipment and services.
- Provide feedback to cross-functional teams to refine and improve service offerings based on customer and industry feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and service agreements in the Salesforce system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in selling service contracts or technical solutions.
- A leveraged compensation plan with uncapped commissions.
