Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble plastic and metal components into sub-assemblies for window covering solutions.
  • Adhere to detailed instructions as part of a streamlined production process.
  • Engage in prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing as required.
  • Utilize various hand tools including hammers, pliers, hole punchers, scissors, measuring tapes, and drills.
  • Meet specified quality and production metrics consistently throughout the workday.
  • Rotate among three different assembly stations as necessary based on departmental requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • This position operates on the First Shift. Availability to work Monday - Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm is essential (additional hours may be necessary on Fridays and Saturdays depending on order volume).

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in basic mathematics to interpret measuring devices such as calipers and perform fundamental arithmetic operations.
  • Possess adequate hand/finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination for manual and semi-automated assembly tasks.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Able to comprehend and follow both oral and written operational guidelines to safely and efficiently execute essential functions.
  • Capable of producing high-quality products and identifying any defects.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and other computer systems is advantageous.
