Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling plastic and metal parts into sub-assemblies for window coverings. You will follow step-by-step instructions as part of a one-piece flow and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble plastic and metal parts into sub-assemblies for window coverings
  • Follow step-by-step instructions as part of a one-piece flow
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with long periods of sitting and/or standing
  • Use various hand tools such as hammers, pliers, hole punchers, scissors, measuring tape, and drill
  • Meet quality and production metric standards
  • Rotate between three different assembly stations as needed
Requirements:
  • Basic mathematics skills to read measuring devices such as calipers
  • Sufficient hand/finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination for manual and semi-automated assembly
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written operational procedures
  • Good communication skills
