We are seeking an Analyst with a background in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) within the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of benefits and various standards such as ASC X12 834, 820, 270/271.

Recent graduates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite.

This position offers a long-term contract with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent role.

Preferred candidates may include Junior Business Analysts or Project Analysts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee National EDI Business Operations related to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions by managing files, reporting statuses, and handling other operational tasks.
  • Conduct research and analysis on business operations inquiries, promptly escalating risks and issues to management.
  • Coordinate and implement membership EDI files for trading partners, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure that weekly project update reports are accurately maintained by responsible parties.
  • Participate in meetings and document minutes for both internal and external discussions.
  • Support change management initiatives and business projects as required.
  • Perform additional administrative duties for the department as necessary.

Required Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Health Administration, Business, or related fields)

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite required

Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with ASC X12 834, 820, 270/271, Healthcare Operations, Project Management, Lucid Chart, Tableau, SPLUNK, Power BI

Expected Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM PST (8 hours a day, 5 days a week)

Interview Process: One interview with management; a second round may be conducted if necessary.
