Baldi Management Group is seeking dedicated Shift Leaders to enhance the operations at our franchise location.


The successful candidate will play a vital role in the restaurant's success by assisting in daily operations during the absence of upper management, while upholding the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.


Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities with extensive experience in team management
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • High motivation and a drive for success
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve financial objectives
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant team management is required

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily shifts to ensure efficient and effective task performance
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
  • Assist in creating and managing shift schedules for team members
  • Monitor service speed to guarantee a positive experience for both team members and guests
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities to meet labor controls and cost targets set by management
  • Facilitate ongoing training for team members, including onboarding new hires and continuous development for existing staff
  • Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Note: Candidates must be available to work weekends.
