Job Title: Beauty Supervisor

International Shoppes, LLC is seeking a Beauty Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our airport retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales associates, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations in the absence of management
  • Supervise sales associates to generate sales and maintain a clean store environment
  • Adhere to U.S. Customs regulations and company policies
  • Coach and counsel associates to improve performance
  • Act as a role model for professionalism and ethical behavior

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years retail experience
  • Minimum 1 year supervisor/manger experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for 8 hours per shift
