Job Summary

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with business and development teams to ensure that new and existing systems and features meet quality and performance expectations. This role is responsible for defining, designing, documenting, and executing functional and regression tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test data for multiple projects
  • Participate in functional requirement and code reviews
  • Ensure test coverage and mapping of requirements to tests
  • Plan and coordinate timely availability of test data
  • Execute systems, functional, and end-to-end test scenarios and cases
  • Participate in risk-based analysis for test execution
  • Ensure test environment reflects requirements for test execution
  • Write and reproduce accurate software problem reports
  • Work closely with the Business Analyst and Developers to resolve defects
  • Analyze and report overall test status and results of test case execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of solid software testing background
  • Ability to work in informal SDLC and Agile environments
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of automation tools
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
