Job Summary

Select Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Provide support to the business unit on all regulatory matters, including permit applications and inspections
  • Lead environmental reclamations and coordinate site visits with internal and external customers
  • Assist with maintaining regulatory records and well files
  • Interact with governmental regulatory agencies and external customers
  • Provide support for maintaining Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) plans for each field location
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of regulatory-related projects
  • Perform other related duties as directed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training
  • Downhole well knowledge
  • Experience with Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas oil and gas permitting, regulations, and filings
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Skilled in regulatory standards, concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to work at all levels within the organization and in a diverse work group
