Job Summary

The HR/Operations Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless onboarding experience for our clients and contract employees. This customer-facing position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain general office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure client pre-employment requirements are met, and all necessary documents are completed and validated.
  • Contractor Onboarding: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a quality candidate experience from offer accepted to start.
  • Lifecycle Management: Serve as the primary contact for contractor questions, facilitating communication to resolve payroll and invoicing issues.
  • Operational Support: Provide front office customer service, partner with talent acquisition to manage internal onboarding, and maintain administrative support for internal and external employees.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service-related position
  • Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferred
