Position Summary
We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. This role entails managing daily activities, leading a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring the efficient and precise handling of inventory. This position offers a long-term career opportunity within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate daily tasks.
- Assess, manage, and report on warehouse productivity metrics.
- Verify orders, bills, received items, inventory levels, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records, report relevant data, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold maintenance standards.
- Handle counter sales transactions.
- Oversee and participate in cycle counts and annual inventory audits.
- Manage part returns and warranty claims.
- Deliver parts to technicians and customers as needed.
- Monitor dispatch board for return trip appointments and urgent technician replenishments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a comparable role.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
- Proficient in basic computer and system functions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven and motivated with a commitment to excellence.
