Key Deliverables:
Profile source data, review source data, and compare content and structure to dataset requirements, identifying conflicts and recommending resolutions.
Conduct entity resolution to identify matching and merging and semantic conflicts, eliciting, recording, and managing metadata.
Diagram current processes and proposed modifications using process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams, client and documenting requirements and user stories with a focus on improving both business and technical processing.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience delivering business and data analysis artifacts, with 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst, strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology.
Experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs, translating client and product strategy requirements into dataset requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and experience with enterprise data management, reporting systems, operational data stores, data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.
Preferred Qualifications:
CBAP and CSPO Certification, CDMP and CDP Certification, experience using Team Foundation Server and work item tracking, and experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete.
