Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Process insurance verifications and benefits management in a timely and accurate manner

- Manage over-the-counter collections and reconcile all charges on a weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
