Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of illnesses and disorders
- Establish preventive measures to promote health and well-being
- Collaborate with physician leaders and administration to improve clinical outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Contribute to the education and training of nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or as grandfathered by NJ Law
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey and certified by the State Board of Nursing
- Certification within area of specialty required and granted privileges from Atlantic City Medical Center medical staff
- Minimum 2 years experience in field of specialty as RN in State of New Jersey
- Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred
The Advanced Practice Nurse will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with potential exposure to infectious disease, hazardous substances, and physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting.
Reporting RelationshipThe Advanced Practice Nurse will report to the appropriate Administrator and Nursing or Departmental Leadership.
