Job Summary

As a Product Marketing Manager at RBW INC, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer behavior to provide data-driven feedback to the organization. You will also be responsible for the successful creation and implementation of an effective market research process. Your success will be measured through the on-time launching of market-relevant products on time and on budget that achieve their projected sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Innovation team to provide clear product briefs that differentiate our products with unique value propositions.
  • Responsible for analysis of product success including but not limited to ease of installation, market pricing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support multi-year product strategy and communicate to key stakeholders across RBW; developing intake processes for feature enhancement suggestions.
  • Responsible for managing customer advisory group.
  • Responsible for reporting, analyzing, and sharing market data to drive business decisions.
  • Responsible for analysis of Net Promoter Score.
  • Interview, analyze, and make recommendations to understand market needs.
  • Monitor product performance to make data-driven recommendations for product optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market analysis of our target markets and competitors.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or product development, preferably in interior lighting or related industry; photometry, IES files, UL, dimming protocols is a plus.
  • Have the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams toward common goals.
  • Have a proven track record of demonstrated leadership roles in multifunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to travel as needed to visit clients, attend trade shows, and other business-related events.
  • Proficiency in using project management software, Wrike, Google Workspace, and other tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of/Proficiency with analytics and data-collection tools (Google Analytics, NetSuite, etc.).
